Glass wall with fixed panels on hinge and handle side
The glass wall configuration consists of two fixed walls one of which has a hinged door.
The door opens 180 degrees outside.
The fixed wall panels are mounted to the building wall on both sides of the
enclosure using wall mounting profiles and floor fitting profiles.
The door panel is attached to the fixed panel.
The panels are secured with self-drilling screws.
The top of the glass wall is secured by a long profile, covering the top of
the unit from one side, and a short profile, covering the fixed part on the
side which the door opens to.
Magnet seals are installed on each of the doorway panels to keep the door
tightly closed.
Installation services are available in Finland capital (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Porvoo, Sipoo) and Tampere (Tampere, Nokia, Kangasala, Lempäälä ja Pirkkala) regions. Service is carried out by manufacturers professional mechanic. When product is ordered with installation service, transport company delivers the product to customer site. When the product has arrived, mechanic will phone customer and agree the exact installation date and time. Installation is done to clean and installation ready surfaces. Installation work includes besides installation of the product also taking away the installation garbage. If you are unsure about the measures of the product (for example in case of custom sized products), you can order a measurement visit on-site done by the mechanic. In this case the mechanic will fill-in the final measures of the product to the system and the responsibility that measures are correct is carried by the manufacturer.

The profiles mounted to the edges of the panel are manufactured of aluminium. The white (RAL 9016) and black (RAL 9005) surface treatment options are manufactured by powder coating.
The product is manufactured of 6mm thick tempered safety panel (EN 12150). One side of the satin panel is etched to acquire a velvety feel and the other side is smooth. When choosing a satin panel product, bear in mind that the etched surface of the panel is sensitive to scratches and stains.
Glass wall is manufactured according to custom dimensions. The wallmounting profiles have the total of 14mm adjustment tolerance. The adjustment tolerance can be used for levelling any tilt in the building s walls as well as for accommodating the alcove fitting into the installation opening. Door opening is 15 mm smaller than indicated total door measure.
